My event was cancelled. What do I do now?
If the event gets cancelled entirely, we guarantee a full refund, less applicable delivery fees
If your event has been rescheduled, new tickets are not issued. Instead, you can attend the new date with the original tickets!
All sales are final, no refund. Though, other people can still use your tickets if you choose to resell them or give them away.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund unused tickets.

A QR code is a two-dimensional barcode that can be read by smartphones.
If your tickets are mobile entry, then your tickets will be scanned via QR code by being displayed on a mobile phone. Please plan ahead and make sure your smartphone is fully charged.
With electronic transfer, your ticket seller will be transferring the tickets directly into your possession using the name, email address, and phone number provided at the time of the purchase. Your ticket seller will be sending you an email containing instructions on how to retrieve your tickets prior to the event. Please do NOT print your tickets. Your tickets will be displayed on a mobile phone in order to gain access - your phone is your ticket!
If you do not see this email, please check your junk/spam folder. If you are still unable to find it, please contact us and we will be happy to resend them!
We do recommend that you download the specified app and create an account so you are prepared to accept the transfer as soon as the tickets are made available. Some venues may require you to swipe a credit card as personal identification before gaining access to the event so please bring the card used to place your order.
If your event is canceled or if no audience is allowed, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will have the option of accepting a refund of your original purchase price, less applicable delivery fees. If your event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will be honored on the new date of the event.
