• Full refund for events that are canceled and not rescheduled.
• All tickets are 100% authentic and valid for entry.
• Tickets will arrive in time for your event.
• Tickets will be the exact seats you ordered

Cancelled Events: 

• IF the event is permanently cancelled, TicketSpace.us will work with the ticket seller for a full refund (including shipping if applicable).  

You will receive a 100% refund for your tickets (if):

• Your order was accepted but not delivered by the seller.
• Your order was accepted but not shipped in time for the event.
• Your tickets were not valid for entry.

100% Authentic Tickets

• Any tickets you buy from TicketSpace.us are guaranteed authentic tickets that are valid for entry. If you are denied entry by the venue, TicketSpace.us will investigate the incident and will refund the full cost of tickets (including shipping if applicable) if TicketSpace.us is at fault

Your tickets will arrive in time for the event! 

• Your tickets will be delivered to the billing address you provide. We guarantee that the tickets will be shipped to you in a timely manner, before the event occurs.

You will receive the exact tickets ordered

• The tickets will be the exact seats you order. If you do not receive the exact tickets, we guarantee that replacement tickets will be of equal or greater value.
• Tickets will be seated together unless otherwise specified.
